Finance Information

There have been a couple of important changes in finance that we’d like to let you know about:

New Bank Account
We now have a new bank account. Going forward, all payments should be made to:

Reference: Student name and what it is that is being paid

If you currently have an automatic payment set up, please update it with the new account details. This may mean stopping the existing payment and setting up a new one.

Finance in Hero
We are now fully set up to use Finance through Hero. You can log in to the app at any time to view your current outstanding balance. Student Billing will now appear on the home screen (you may need to log out and log back in).

If you do not have access to the Hero app, please contact finance@broadgreen.school.nz to request a copy of your statement.

Donations will be requested if your student is attending any overnight camps.

Co-opted activities such as Music and fee paying after school sports will be charged when we receive the permission slip from you agreeing to your child’s participation.
